England struggling to show top form

Earlier today, England played their second Group C game against Denmark in Frankfurt.

The Three Lions started well, with Harry Kane giving them an early lead. But a stunning goal from Morten Hjulmand meant the points were shared.

It was a sluggish performance from Gareth Southgate’s side, with star players such as Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden struggling to find their stride.

Spain into the last 16

Two wins from two has ensured that Spain have booked their place in the knockout stages of Euro 2024.

Luis de la Fuente may now look to make some changes ahead of their final group game against Albania on Monday night.

Italy still have work to do in their third and final Group B game against Croatia in Leipzig.

Remember, the top two from each group will automatically qualify for the last 16, with four of the best third-place teams also reaching the knockout stages.
